Although I've made the freezer paper on top method work & found it has its uses, I did rather feel like I was in a small battle with it. This method even eliminates the need for pins and I love picking it up to work on it.

Took a quick look at your blog - really like the kaleidescope quilts. I've made a few and admire the ones done well and interestingly. The Idaho Beautyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09979439849662755082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19193398.post-25190527044183297502008-05-27T12:20:00.000-07:002008-05-27T12:20:00.000-07:00I rather like this "harder" method because the nic...I rather like this "harder" method because the nice feel of handling the fabric and sewing by hand is sort of spoiled with that freezer paper stuck on there.

Thanks for sharing. The Ellie S method with freezer paper works well if you iron it on using something very hard beneath it such as a bit of wood - rather too well sometimes, especially on a silk/cotton mix:¬}Anne Wigfullhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11311022081526484205noreply@blogger.com
