No...Thanks everyone - joyful finish indeed Michele. Now to have just as joyful of a finish when I quilt it! Mary, not sure about the being on a roll bit but it WAS nice to push myself a bit with such good results. Maybe if the felted bowls get physically too much for you to make, you could switch to these. They too can have things like beads, etc. attached to their outsides. Sherrie, you know all about the joys of eating out - always good to see on your blog the recent instances of you enjoying a bite to eat with friends. The Idaho Beautyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09979439849662755082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19193398.post-52003885444965391152021-05-16T14:03:03.577-07:002021-05-16T14:03:03.577-07:00I love the quilt, esp. the setting……just so darn a...I love the quilt, esp. the setting……just so darn adorable. It may take awhile for us to "break the habit", trust that it's really ok (I know I have my doubts!). But in truth, good old Idaho had already gone forward to stage 4 last week or so, meaning no restrictions on meeting sizes, business capacities, etc. and we never did have anything but localized mask mandates, but the Governor did say he hoped people would continue to mask up. Talk about a mixed message! The library had already announced that it would continue to require masks until June 1st and some businesses are still requesting masks of their customers. But the timing of the "masks off for vaccinated people" couldn't come at a better time as the weather warms and people are naturally drawn out to enjoy it, as my friend noted. I'm sure your friend will always remember her first day out of 'confinement' having lunch with you when she uses it! I'm thinking we're going to have to re-adjust to being mask-less after our year+ of covering up! Stay well! Jan in WYAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
