More on The Quilted Line
The quilting line seems to be on a lot of minds lately. Check out this post by Alison Schwabe for observations and opinions that mirror my own.
I like the way your quilting looks like waves of water here. Reminds me of some beautiful wood-block Japanese prints and motifs that I've seen. Thanks also for the link to Allison's post.
The leave were one of the challenge fabrics that I was having a hard time figuring out how to incorporate...until I realized the multicolors would work perfectly as leaves if I fussy cut just right.
Very nice piece of quilting. The leaves are a lovely colour. Is this part of a bigger quilt?
